REACH Family Service Centre was started by REACH Community Service Society (RCSS) in 1999 to serve families residing in the Bishan, Sin Ming, Shun Fu and Thomson Community
Since its beginning, the Family Service Centre has reached out and touched the hearts and lives of more than 10,000 families and individuals through its information and referral service, casework and counselling, family life education, youth programmes and community outreach.
REACH Family Service Centre, staffed with professional social workers and counsellors will continue to stay relevant in meeting the evolving needs of the people in the community.

Our Logo
The visual identity of our logo is an expression of this goal. The arch that connects the letters A and H symbolizes our mission of bringing people from Anxiety to Hope. The small letter C, in yellow, symbolises warmth, hope and joy, and it represents our centre as a channel where this process begins.
Our Approach
We seek to reach out through the TEACH concept:
T - Teaching on the substantive issues of life
E - Equipping the community with the necessary skills to manage their lives
A - Analyzing the needs of the community and organizing relevant programmes to meet these needs
C - Caring for the community by reaching out to them through various channels and points of needs
H - Helping the people in the community to contribute their time, talents, and resources to help others.
